When heather arrived at the property , I immediately liked her presence . As we chatted and completed our walk-through of the property, I knew I did not need to look any further….. I made a decision that day for Heather to represent my property! The results of that visit have been outstanding! I find myself often hard to please, and I think Heather Instinctively knew that I was very detailed and required such from my realtor….. she has overly exceeded my expectations!! She is professional , knowledgeable , empathetic to the client and strives to satisfy all requests and concerns that the client may have. In short…..” she knows her stuff”. Heather was absolutely awesome in helping us find our home. We relocated from TX and weren't going to begin our search until arriving in NC. We reached out to her for advice because she sold our home 4 years ago. She still sent possible homes, and we found one we loved. She helped us with financing options, conducted video walkthroughs and even met with our family, who was already in NC, and allowed them to walkthrough to provide us with another perspective.
